Jeffrey Boester, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Jeffrey Boester, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.Dr. Jeffrey Boester received his bachelor of science degree from the University of Notre Dame and his medical degree from Indiana University. His post-graduate residency training in obstetrics and gynecology was obtained at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He now limits his practice to office gynecology as he also serves as Chief Medical Officer for a large multi-specialty group of physicians associated with Community Health Network. He is board certified in OB/GYN and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists as well as a member of the American Medical Association.

Dr. Boester and his wife reside in Indianapolis where they enjoy spending time with their three children and their families. Golf, travel, gardening and reading are among their favorite activities.

Keith Bean, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Keith Bean, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.A native of Columbus, Indiana, Dr. Keith Bean graduated from Indiana University for both undergraduate work and medical school. His residency in obstetrics and gynecology was completed at Michigan State University/Sparrow Hospital in 1993.

Since returning to Indianapolis, he has been on staff at Community Hospital serving multiple terms as both chairman and vice chairman of the department of OB/GYN. As a board-certified OB/GYN, he has interests in normal and high risk obstetrics, general gynecology and infertility. Dr. Bean is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Outside of medicine, Dr. Bean is an active tennis player and scuba diver.

Kristin M. Adams, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Kristin M. Adams, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.Dr. Adams received her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio before returning to Indianapolis to practice. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has been in practice with Castleton Obstetrics and Gynecology for eight years, where she enjoys providing comprehensive women’s health care, including both gynecology and obstetrics.

Dr. Adams lives in Indianapolis with her husband and two children. She is a fitness enthusiast, an avid reader, and loves to travel, but most of all, enjoys spending time with her family.

Sylvia Ertel, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Sylvia Ertel, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.Dr. Sylvia Ertel was born in Indianapolis and attended North Central High School. She completed her undergraduate education at Indiana University with honors in biology. She then moved on to the Big Apple, graduating from New York University School of Medicine. There she met her husband. They completed their residencies in Houston, Texas, hers at Baylor University. In 2002, they moved back to Indiana where she joined Castleton OB/GYN.

Dr. Ertel’s mission for patient care is to stay on the cutting edge of technology and medical research to provide the most knowledgeable and educated care plans with empathy and compassion. She enjoys a fulfilling practice educating women about their health. She was one of the first doctors to perform a laparoscopic hysterectomy at Community North. She is board certified and a Fellow in the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecology.

Spending time with her family is one of Dr. Ertel’s joys. Her husband is a nephrologist, and together they have four children under the age of five, including twins. They enjoy hiking at Benjamin Harrison State Park, playing with their two dogs and traveling.

Sarah Crane, M.D.

Sarah Crane, M.D.Dr. Sarah Crane was born and raised in Carmel, IN. Her undergraduate degree was from the University of Michigan. She attended medical school at Indiana University School of Medicine, and then moved to Columbus, Ohio to complete her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Riverside Methodist Hospital. After working in Ohio, she has now returned home to Indianapolis to join Castleton Ob/Gyn and to be near family. Dr. Crane enjoys practicing all aspects of general obstetrics and gynecology. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, jogging and spending time with her husband Andy and her son, Alex.

Carol Weaver, N.P.

Carol Weaver, N.P.Carol Weaver, N.P., obtained her B.S. in nursing at Goshen College in northern Indiana and her MSN at Indiana University in Indianapolis. She was certified in women’s health nursing as a nurse practitioner in 1994. She has had experience in both public health and private health care settings and enjoys the individual aspect of working with women. She treats females only from adolescent age through the mature years and works solely in the office setting.

She and her husband have two grown children and she enjoys walking, handcrafts and cooking, and is very active in her local church community.

Alicia Wettrick, F.N.P.

Alicia Wettrick, F.N.P.Alicia Wettrick, F.N.P., received a family nurse practitioner degree from Indiana University-Purdue in 2005. Upon graduating she worked at a family health clinic that provided health care and social services to the uninsured and/or low income families. She joined Castleton OB/GYN in 2006 and now focuses on women’s health care. Currently, she is board certified with the ANCC. Prior to obtaining her family nurse practitioner degree she received her bachelor’s in nursing at Indiana University-Purdue in 1996 and became a registered nurse. After graduating she worked on a general medical unit at St. Francis, Beech Grove. In 1997, she obtained a position at Community North Hospital as a labor and delivery RN until 2004. Since 1999, she has also been involved with Matria Health Care, which provides obstetrical home health care to high-risk patients.

Alicia approaches patient care with a holistic view to provide comprehensive care. She also encourages patients to take an active part in the decision making of their care plan. She enjoys educating patients on health issues and preventive health care.

Alicia is married with two girls and involved in the community's school and church. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, running, volleyball and canoeing.
